Day Insurance Solutions, LLC holds contracts with insurance carriers that can provide insurance products to Associations, Chambers, Staffing Agencies, PEO's, and other hard to insure groups. Plans include:

Fully Insured Limited Medical Plans: Plans are customized to your groups specifications and price range. Plans are guaranteed issue to members, require a minimum of 2 enrollees and do not require typical group insurance participation rates, and do not require employer or association contribution to premiums.

Guaranteed Issue RX Plans: Free discount RX card. Covers medications that most insurance plans don't cover. Also includes discount Vision and Dental programs.

Guaranteed Issue Disability Plans: Voluntary Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability plans are guaranteed issue to employer members of your group.

Guaranteed Issue Vision Plans: Voluntary Vision plans with co-pays for doctor visits, glasses, & contacts.

Guaranteed Issue Dental Plans:  Voluntary Dental plans custom built to your needs.

Guaranteed Issue Life Insurance: Voluntary Life Insurance plans are guaranteed issue to members of your group. Nominal participation requirements. 

Guaranteed Issue Accident Plans: Voluntary Accident plans includes a college tuition benefit.
